Obama Broadway - Yesterday, President Barack Obama  went to New York City, where he enjoyed dinner and also went to a Broadway play. This was the President’s first visit to NY since his inauguration.

What play did Barack Obama go to see with his wife? “Joe Turner’s Come and Gone” at the Belasco Theatre.  Obama released a statement saying the following:

“I am taking my wife to New York City because I promised her during the campaign that I would take her to a Broadway show after it was all finished,”

Meanwhile, detractors are criticizing this trip, saying that he’s wasting USA resources, by taking the Air Force One, while the Nation is having many problems. Maybe they have forgotten about Bush vacations…

Starbucks Explosion VIDEO!

Starbucks explosion! Today There was an explosion in a Starbucks in New York, the explosion was caused by an explosive device.  Luckily nobody was harmed, though all windows blew up.

Police still don’t have a suspect. But they say it could be following a pattern of similar incidents over the last two years:

“The similarity is the time,” NYPD Commissioner Ray Kelly said. “The Mexican Consulate, the British Consulate, the Times Square bombing event at the recruiting station, we have this event. They all happened between 3:30 a.m. and 4:30 a.m. That’s the immediate similarity we are looking at.”

Dog Stands Guard After Mom Hit by Car - Check out this amazing video of a dog guarding his mom, the dog’s mother was hit by a car. The guarding dog didn’t let anyone pass, even police - the poor dog didn’t know they were actually trying to help his mother.

It took some time to finally pick up the dog’s mom to take her to animal health care.  Then they had to chase the other dog for almost 45 minutes until they also brought him to safety. This happened in the Bronx New York Expressway during rush hour.
