Michael Jackson last will was filed yesterday. In it, the King of Pop put his millionaire state, calculated in around $500 million, on a trust for his children and gives the custody of them to his mother, Katherine Jackson.

An interesting part, says that if Katherine is dead or unable to get custody, then the custody for his children goes to singer and long-time friend Diana Ross. The will dates back from 2002.

In the meantime, details for his funeral are still vague, after it was known that the location may be changed. Yesterday we reported that it may take place on Tuesday at the Staples Center, but it has not been confirmed yet.

Michael Jackson Will Online- The will of Michael Jackson has been published online. This is something that generated a lot of speculation.  If you remember, we had the details some days ago that his father Joe Jackson - understandably - was left out of the will.

Branca and McClain have released the following statement today:

“The most important element of Michael’s will is his unwavering desire that his mother, Katherine, become the legal guardian for his three children.”

The will mentions that indeed, his mother should be the guardian of his kids and estates, and if she couldn’t, the Diana Ross would be the appointed guardian.
