Kate Plus 8 New Show!

After many speculations, tabloid stories, and online discussion, we learn today that “Kate & Jon Plus 8″ will be now the show “Kate Plus 8″. Many of us saw it coming, although I would have loved the show to be named “Kate Plus 8 Minus Jon!”

TLC said the show will get a new name “Kate Plus 8″, starting on November.  It seems like Kate doesn’t want to give up her “career” as a reality TV star.

“Given the recent changes in the family dynamics, it only makes sense for us to refresh and recalibrate the program to keep pace with the family,” TLC president Eileen O’Neill said in a statement. “The family has evolved and we are attempting to evolve with it; we feel that Kate’s journey really resonates with our viewers.”

Now the question is “Will Jon get his own show?”. Maybe a spin-off of the original show is under way, we’ll keep you updated!

Jon Gosselin Engaged

Reports are coming out that Jon Gosselin may be engaged by his new girlfriend Hailey Glassman. It is said that they discussed marriage during their stay at the French Riviera, which lead us to think that this relationship started way earlier than most of us thought!

“Jon has been telling everyone that he loves her and she loves him, so why waste time?”

Said the source, and added that he gave her a VERY expensive ring designed by Edouard Nahum! Could this be true, or just another Gosselin rumor? The source on the other hand also says that they’ve been only dating row o months. Of course, given her past, some people think that Glassman is only after Jon’s money. Jon Gosselin engaged with a gold-digger… after all people said that Kate only wanted money… hmmm

Wow, a new ring. It seems that Jon only thinks about marriage! And he’s not divorced yet.

The couple was seen holding hands together while heading to the yacht of a popular fashion designer.  This picture that has been widely spread online comes less than a month after Kate filed for divorce!

So, what do we know about Hailey Glassman? Well, we know that she is 22 years old, and she is the daughter of a plastic surgeon. As a matter of fact, she is the daughter of the doctor who made the tummy tuck to Kate!  Hmmm… it seems that the tummy tuck didn’t exactly help the relationship…

Jon Gosselin French Riviera - As we reported earlier, Jon Gosselin was spotted in St. Tropez, at the French Riviera holding hands with his new girlfriend - at least to the press, Hailey Glassman, the 22-year-old daughter of the same doctor who did the tummy tuck to Kate on that greatly remembered episode of Jon and Kate Plus 8.

Jon has dropped his father-looks and now he looks much into fashion, and like he takes care more of himself. But whatever… they were spotted as they were making his way to the yacht of fashion designer Christian Audigier.

It has been known that Jon is a huge fan of Ed Hardy clothing, and well Audigier works for the brand.

Kate Gosselin birthday, that was the theme of tonight’s episode of “Jon & Kate Plus 8″, which now has turned into a marital drama reality show.  In today’s episode we see how Kate spent her 34^th birthday alone with her kids. This is what he said:

“I went out to Utah for, like, five days, I just wanted to get back out there and ride with my friends. It just happened to fall on Kate’s birthday.”

Apparantley at that time, Jon was with Deanna Hummel, the woman that supposedly had an affair with him, at least according to Us Weekly. We also saw them on the couchfor interviews together, Jon explained:

“This season, sometimes you’ll see Kate and I interview separately. Sometimes you’ll see us interview together on the chair. It depends how things are going. We have busy schedules. And that’s it.”

Jon and Kate Gosselin Divorce! - After all the media circus over the last weeks, we hear of more and more rumors about an imminent divorce between Jon and Kate Gosselin. Many people are talking about this, and specially the fact that these are just ordinary people handling a sudden wave of scrutiny from papparazis and tabloids.

Or maybe this is just another way to market the show, more aggressively! If one thing is certain is that the name of the Gosselins have been everywhere!

Good Morning America Jon and Kate Plus 8 - Last year, Jon and Kate Gosselin went to “Good Morning” America, and this video has been made popular again, as we are now being witnesses of all the craze regarding the reality TV stars.

Back on those days there were no talks about affairs, scandals and pictures.

Last year in Good Morning America, Kate Gosselin showed her meatloaf recipe, and Jon helped her with her duties.  They seemed like a happy couple, and maybe people want to keep that image in their heads.  What do you think?
