Joe Wilson Fundraising Idea | Online Fundraising

Joe Wilson has asked his support to donate to his re-election campaign after watching how his opponent Rob Miller, raised half a million dollars without any effort! Joe Wilson has noticed how much he messed up and how much this has helped his opponent get stronger for the next elections.

Check out Joe Wilson online fundraising video below:

Rob Miller for Congress

After the Joe Wilson’s “You Lie” incident, the person who is happier is Rob Miller.  The site of Rob Miller for Congress has received over $100,000 since the Obama healthcare speech ended! As you may recall Rob Miller was the democrat who became Joe Wilson opponent. Talk about side effects!

The Rob Miller for Congress site is not working right, and one has to assume that this is caused by the thousands of people coming to the Website.

The numbers were given by USA Today, saying also that it raised $40,000 just a day after Obama gave the speech.

Big Government | Biggovernment

Big Government website is on the spotlight today, after they published a story regarding serious criminal activity perpetrated by some of the members of ACORN (Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now).

The story includes a video where we can see two undercover people revealing that they are involved in prostitution and asking ACORN members if they can help them find a house to put underage El Salvadorian girls.  ACORN members show willingness to help and even offer tips on how to proceed!

This is an excerpt from the article:

ACORN has ascended.  They elect our politicians and receive billions in tax money. Their world is a revolutionary, socialistic, atheistic world, where all means are justifiable.  And they create chaos, again, for it’s own sake.  It is time for us to be studying and applying their tactics, many of which are ideologically neutral.  It is time, as Hannah said as we walked out of the ACORN facility, for conservative activists to “create chaos for glory.”

Joe Wilson You Lie VIDEO

Joe Wilson shouted “You lie!” to President Barack Obama during his speech to Congress on Wednesay. Amove that was bad seen by both political parties. After all, George W. Bush lied also at everyone in their face but you had to respect his position as President!

Later Wilson apologized with this:

“This evening, I let my emotions get the best of me when listening to the president’s remarks regarding the coverage of illegal immigrants in the health care bill,” the statement said. “While I disagree with the president’s statement, my comments were inappropriate and regrettable. I extend sincere apologies to the president for this lack of civility.”

He also  called the White House to formalize his apologies, so basically this was a massive FAIL on his part. Check out the Joe Wilson You Lie video below!

Heidi Dejong Barsuglia Mike Duvall Scandal!

Mike Duvall, Orange County Assemblyman is today on the news after he was caught speaking on a microphone about his sexual adventures.  But wait….what a surprise! Duvall is married!

The 54 politician talks in detail about his sexual adventures lightly. And he refers to two women. According to OC Weekly, Scott Moxley, one of the women he talks about is lobbyist Heidi DeJong Barsuglia, who is 36 years old.

Other reports say that both of the women involved in an affair with Mike Duvall are married! Thy funny part of this story is that this man got a 100% score from the Capital Resource Institute for “time and time again voting to protect again family values in California”. That’s the true side of most politics, a double face that shows its ugliness once it has been exposed.

Hearing how he talks, one has to wonder how he can talk about family values at all!

You can check out the edited Mike Duvall video on CBS.

Obama School Speech TEXT!

After all the controversy because of Obama’s address to student, we now have the Obama school speech text, as published by the White House. What are your thoughts? Do you think fears were justified? Please share your comments below.

Hello everyone - how’s everybody doing today? I’m here with students at Wakefield High School in Arlington, Virginia. And we’ve got students tuning in from all across America, kindergarten through twelfth grade. I’m glad you all could join us today.

I know that for many of you, today is the first day of school. And for those of you in kindergarten, or starting middle or high school, it’s your first day in a new school, so it’s understandable if you’re a little nervous. I imagine there are some seniors out there who are feeling pretty good right now, with just one more year to go. And no matter what grade you’re in, some of you are probably wishing it were still summer, and you could’ve stayed in bed just a little longer this morning.

I know that feeling. When I was young, my family lived in Indonesia for a few years, and my mother didn’t have the money to send me where all the American kids went to school. So she decided to teach me extra lessons herself, Monday through Friday - at 4:30 in the morning.
Now I wasn’t too happy about getting up that early. A lot of times, I’d fall asleep right there at the kitchen table. But whenever I’d complain, my mother would just give me one of those looks and say, “This is no picnic for me either, buster.”

So I know some of you are still adjusting to being back at school. But I’m here today because I have something important to discuss with you. I’m here because I want to talk with you about your education and what’s expected of all of you in this new school year.

Now I’ve given a lot of speeches about education. And I’ve talked a lot about responsibility.
I’ve talked about your teachers’ responsibility for inspiring you, and pushing you to learn.
I’ve talked about your parents’ responsibility for making sure you stay on track, and get your homework done, and don’t spend every waking hour in front of the TV or with that Xbox.
I’ve talked a lot about your government’s responsibility for setting high standards, supporting teachers and principals, and turning around schools that aren’t working where students aren’t getting the opportunities they deserve.

Van Jones Resigns!

Van Jones resigns. The White House advisor resigned yesterday after the generated controversy after his past activism. Van Jones said in a statement:

“On the eve of historic fights for health care and clean energy, opponents of reform have mounted a vicious smear campaign against me. They are using lies and distortions to distract and divide.”

“I have been inundated with calls — from across the political spectrum — urging me to ’stay and fight.’ But I came here to fight for others, not for myself. I cannot in good conscience ask my colleagues to expend precious time and energy defending or explaining my past. We need all hands on deck, fighting for the future.”

Van Jones has had great success in the environmental movement, but prior to his environment interests, he was a civil-rights activist in California. He signed a petition that questioned Bush administration officials may have been involved in the 9/11 attack to generate war, and had to apologize in recent days.

Obama School Speech

President barrack Obama’s school speech is causing some controversy even before it is broadcasted.  In this message, directed at students from public schools, many parents see an intrusion of the government in a field that should be left to educators.

According to reports the broadcast will be watched via the White House home page. And will not be transmitted on major networks. The date of the broadcast is September 8th, and nobody knows what it is going to be said on that day by Obama.

Angry parents are planning to boycott the schools on the day Obama address tos tudents, and there has been some talk about homeschooling.  We’ll have to wait until September 8th, or until the text of the speech is released.

Ashleigh Kenny RIP US Constitution

Ashleigh Kenny is a student from Valdosta college that has garnered attention after designing and selling t-shirts that say “R.I.P. The US Constitution” (photo below).  On the back there is also a message, said by Ronald Reagan: “In this present crisis, government is not the solution to our problem, government is the problem”

Ashleigh Kenny says:

“Our government is getting too big.  How big can be debated, but the truth is, the government is bigger than the people.  Therefore, the constitution is under attack.  No matter which way you look at it, it is.”

Hillary Clinton Angry YOUTUBE (Video)

Hillary Clinton totally snapped yesterday and got very angry after a Congolese student asked her what “Mr. Clinton” thought were about a trade deal with the Republic of Congo.   Check out the Youtube video of Hilary Clinton angry below.

You can hear the crowd saying ooo, aaaa.  What a classy way to answer a question she didn’t like.  The saddest part of this is that it was all an error in translation!
