Lil Wayne Going to Jail 2009

Joseph Wiseman, actor who played the character Dr. No in the popular James Bond movie has passed away at the age of 91. Josepha Wiseman actor’s death came after some time where he was suffering a decline of his health condition according to his daughter Martha Graham.

Jason Hoppy Bethenny Frankel Engagement

One of the popular Real Housewives of New York, Bethenny Frankel is going to get married! People magazine has reported that Jason Hoppy and Bethenny Franklin have become engaged after 11 months of dating.

Bethenny, 38, said:

“It feels great, because I’m with the right person, He may be regretting it because it’s been beyond a week and he’s in panic mode – [but] no, we’re enjoying it.”

Bethenny Frankel boyfriend, Jason Hoppy is also 38 years old. He gave her a surprise arranging her apartment with approximately a hundred votive candles and rose pedals for this special occasion.

“She is very much a handful but one thing she did say to me is she needs a man that can handle her, and that I can.”

He classically proposed marriage on one knee, and gave sumptuous ring with a 6 and a half carat pear-shaped center rock. Congratulations for the couple! By the way, Bethenny made Jason pick up all he put on the floor, including the candles and the petals before they went out for dinner to celebrate!

Mandisa Weight Loss

Mandisa Hundley, former “American Idol” contestant has given an interview to ET where she talks about her 80 pound weight loss and childhood abuse. Mandisa weight loss commitment came after years of problems with her obese figure. At one point even judge Simon Cowell joked that she would need a bigger stage to accommodate her!

Marisa decided to take her own weight loss challenge while she was recording her album. She tells a story of how she was unable to climb Mt Rushmore and this had an impact because she couldn’t really sing her song “My Deliverer has set me free”.

“I had not been set free. I couldn’t stand on the stage and tell people they could be set free, too. When I got home from Mt. Rushmore, I hired my personal trainer and that is when we developed an eating plan that I could live with the rest of my life, not a quick fix. I also started working with my counselor.”

Mandisa weight loss came because she is also working out, focusing mainly on weight training to tone her body and gain strength for her everyday life. Mandisa also mentioned how she was molested and then raped at age 16 and why this led her to think that being beautiful was dangerous.

“Because there was no guilt and no condemnation, I felt it was an obligation to talk about where the root of my issues came from. There are so many women who struggle with that as well. I wanted them to know they aren’t alone in that. There is healing that can be found after something like that happens.”

Is Giuliana Rancic pregnant? That seems to be one of the hottest question right now on the Web. Well, ladies and gentleman, the E! Entertainment correspondent is denying those rumors that say she is expecting a child from former Apprentice star Bill Rancic.

“No, I’m not pregnant!” said Giuliana Rancic while she entered an even celebrating Picabo’s Street 4th Annual Ski Challenge, an event seeking to help victims of child abuse. She added: “I bet Ryan Seacrest started the rumor,”

“Ryan has this thing with co-hosts where he busts their chops – like with Randy [Jackson] and Paula [Abdul] on American Idol – and I get it too. So he probably started telling people, ‘Oh, so many people around the office are pregnant, so and so, and me! And now when I do get pregnant, no one will care.”

Shyne Released from Prison

Rapper Shyne will be released from prison today after serving time for 10 years! The news have traveled music sites, hip hop blogs and Twitter accounts pretty fast. Shyne was sentenced to jail for a shooting that took place in 1999.

Some names from the hip hop scene have pronounced about Shyne release from prison, welcoming him, even record label owner/hip hop artist P. Diddy which had a tense relationship with Shyne. Diddy expressed good wishes for him. He also added that the two have been speaking lately, though no re-signing was included.

After his release from prison, Shyne will have to undergo two years of supervision. During his time in prison, he changed his religion and converted to Judaism, changing his name to Moses Levi. Will this name be his new rapper name?

Shyne is released from prison and he is 30 years old. What many people don’t know is that he is also the son of the Prime Minister of Belize! Shyne may be currently working on his third album.

AJ Jewell Killed | Kandi Burruss Fiancee Killed!

The ex-fiancee of Kandi Burruss, from “The Real Housewives of Atlanta”, AJ Jewell, has been killed.  This happened yesterday on a strip club in Atlanta, during a brawl. Jewell was taken to Piedmont Hospital, after the incident at Body Tap club.  In the hospital he was pronounced deceased after suffering severe and multiple injuries to the head.

Kandi Burruss, 33 years old, started her relationship with AJ Jewell earlier this year, and at one point both got engaged and wanted to marry.  In August, the marriage was called off, and in a short time they also ended their romance.  Jewell once said that they remained as “good friends”, and Burruss remained the legal guardian of his 12 year old twin daughters, who, among his other 4 children are now orphans.

Burruss has not given any statement, but according to her publicist, she is “stunned and speechless” by the brutal way AJ Jewell was killed. She is asking for privacy right now.

According to Atlanta Police Lt. Meadows:

“It appears he was involved in an altercation in the parking lot and he received a severe blow to the head.  We have developed a person of interest and we’ve made contact with him to question him about the incident.  No arrests have yet been made in the case.”

Some pages are reporting that these are the last words of the man, before AJ Jewell was killed.  Check them out in his Twitter account, although we don’t know if this is the legit account of Jewell.

Henry Gibson Dies

More sad news for today.  Actor Henry Gibson, star of “Laugh-In” has died at the age of 73. He recently had a role in the TV series Boston legal. This is another celebrity that leaves us after a battle with cancer.

Henry Gibson, the veteran character actor who came to fame in the late 1960s as the flower-holding poet on TV’s landmark satirical comedy show “Rowan & Martin’s Laugh-In,” has died. He was 73.

Gibson died late Monday night after a short battle with cancer at his home in Malibu, said his son, Jon.

Gibson, who more recently played a recurring role as cantankerous Judge Clark Brown on ” Boston Legal,” was part of the original ensemble cast of “Laugh In,” which ran on NBC from 1968 to 1973.

The hour-long show, whose original cast included Goldie Hawn, Judy Carne, Ruth Buzzi, Arte Johnson, Jo Anne Worley and others, was an immediate hit.

“Henry was an integral part of ‘Laugh-In’ for a long time, and he was brilliant,” said Gary Owens, the show’s announcer, who remained close to Gibson over the years. “He was a very funny man.”
