Brooke Hundley, who came to be known as Steve Phillips mistress has filed a lawsuit against sports network ESPN claiming they defamed her according to papers filed Stamford Superior Court.

Hundley claims ESPN fired her based on false statements by both Phillips and ESPN. At one point they said she didn’t cooperate with the investigation, something that she says it is false. Phillips made false claims saying he was trying to end the affair and portrayed her as the “bad side” of the story, even saying she was a danger to his family.

On her defense she claims she cooperated at all times and only face Phillips wife once to keep him from pursuing her.

The lawsuit seeks more than $15,00o in damages. Back in April Brooke Hundley filed a compliant with the Connecticut Commission on Human Rights and Opportunities in which she said Phillips sexually harassed her.
