Lindsay Lohan has sued Etrade for $100 Million, claiming the online stockbroker hurt and defamed her in ad in which a baby girl named “Lindsay” appears with a joke of being a “milkaholic”.

The ad was shown during the Super Bowl, with an all-toddler cast. At one point one of them asks about “that milkaholic Lindsay.” Then Lindsay enters and says “milk-a-what?”

“Many celebrities are known by one name only, and E-Trade is using that knowledge to profit,” Lohan’s lawyer, Stephanie Ovadia, told the Post.
