Today an earthquake of 4.3 magnitude was felt in Illinois. The US Geological Survey located the root south of Gilberts at exactly 3:59:33 am.

People as far as Wisconsin and Tennessee felt the earth shaking, according to some reports. On DeKalb and Kane counties which are close to epicenter, people said that books fell off the shelves and the walls rattled, causing panic among people.

There have been no injuries or big losses reported so far. Chicago and the surrounding area seem to be also fine.
