We all know Holly Madison since she appeared as the girlfriend of Playboy’s man Hugh Hefner. But let’s face it – almost everything now in Playboy is re-touched, digitally or surgically, like our beloved Holly. So, how was Holly Madison before plastic surgery? I’m sure Hugh saw the potential before surgery and made her what she is now. I have to say though that she looks hot right now, at least she didn’t end up as one of those cases of awful surgeries, like the step-father of Kim Kardashian! Here is a photo of how Holly Madison looks now: hot body, pretty face. I mean… she wasn’t ugly before but she looks much better now.
