Ironman Louisville 2009
Today is time for the Ironman Louisville 2009 triathlon, and organizers expect around 3000 contestants, from different parts of the World! In this extreme competition, athletes will test themselves with a 2.4 mile swim, a 112 mile bike race and finally a marathon!
The Louisville Ironman 2009 is just for people who are at peak physical condition. Not everyone can endure the amount of physical activity required; as a matter of fact, lazy writers like us could end up passing out in the middle of the road!
