Tom Murphy Sprint

A Sprint executive called Tom Murphy was killed when a boulder crashed through his car’s windshield while he was driving in Colorado with his family. The accident took place at about 4:40 p.m. according to investigations.

Tomas Murphy, sprint executive was 45 years old. He held an important job as the president of corporate branding.

The boulder, according to Colorado state Patrol fell off a mountain and it was about the size o a briefcase. Murphy at first was knocked unconscious but he died later at Valley View Hospital in Glenwood Springs. As a result of the accident his 11 year old son suffered moderate injuries. The family was returning home from vacations, this is very sad.

However, it seems that boulder falling off mountains are common:

“Unfortunately, in my opinion, it’s too common,” Sgt Rich Armstrong said. “It’s one of the hazards of driving in Colorado.”
