    When i saw this advertized on tv I could’nt wait to go to the web site and read about, but I can”t afford it I thought it wouldd be 29.99 or 39.99,I really can’t afford it, I hope it will work for the women who can afford it menopause is no joke im a living witness.

    Hi Tammy,

    I know Gem is a bit expensive but I’ll join you in the living witness scenario. Before I received my first GEM Keep It Cool shipment I was miserable with hot flashes and night sweats. Now I’m on an even keel and no longer have to peel my clothes on and off several times a day.
