Check out the video of George Sodini he published on Youtube over a year ago! In it we can see and hear the infamous gym shooter expressing his thoughts, saying that “It is easy for me to hide from my emotions for one more day.”
It seems that at that particular time he was trying to find a solution to his life through on self-help method. He taped this video in order to see results from his efforts, an excerpt of what he says:
“be real and learn to be emotional [...] to be able to emotionally connect with people because when I am 10 to 20 years older than she is”
