The 5 Factor Diet plan is designed to lose weight in 6 weeks. A simple look at it makes it look very easy, unlike other methods that require huge sacrifices.
It involves eating 5 meals a day, eating 5 ingredient meals, performing 25 minutes of workout, and having 5 cheat days over the 5 weeks. As you can see the man has gone crazy with the number 5!
