Oasis Tower One Fort Myers

The Oasis Tower One in Fort Myers is a tower with 32 storied and 300 condos, but strangely, they only have one family in there, the Vangelakos family. During the contruction of what was to be a set of five towers, cosntructin halted when the market went down. The Vangelakos were the only ones unable to sell or move to the Oasis II.

Imagine living on an unoccupied massive building, the Oasis Tower One Fort Myers! Victor Vangelakos paid back in those days $430,000 for the vacation condo. Now he is looking for a refund of his money since he wasn’t able to come to a deal with his lender to go to Tower II.
