Snake kills baby! Shocking news for today, as it is reported that a pet python has killed a 2-year-old girl. According to deputies, the animal, which usually remained in a cage, escaped it and then went to the little girl’s room, where it wrapped on herself and squeezed her/bit her until she was dead!
The python belonged to the mother’s boyfriend Charles Darnell, who we can see on the picture trying to console her. He woke up in the morning and started looking for the missing snake. When he found it on top of the girl, he freed her by stabbing the python repeatedly, but it was already too late.
The man called sobbing to 911:
“The baby’s dead, our stupid snake got out in the middle of the night and strangled the baby.”
Lt. Bobby Caruthers said that they will continue investigations:
“We still have to investigate this case and at some point there could be some negligence charges,”
