The Office of the Commissioner of Baseball announced today that Milwaukee Brewers Minor League pitcher Jeremy Jeffress has received a 100-game suspension after a third violation of the Minor League Drug Prevention and Treatment Program for a drug of abuse.

The suspension of Jeffress is effective immediately. Jeffress is currently a member of Single-A Brevard County of the Florida State League.
