Alaska Earthquake! A strong earthquake was felt today in Alaska scaring people in the urban area, who all went looking for cover and refuge. According to the U.S geological Survey, the magnitude of this earthquake was of 5.7.

The epicenter was located 58 miles from Anchorage, the largest city in Alaska. According to the Alaska Tsunami Warning Center, the magnitude was less, 5.3, and there is no possibility of a tsunami hitting the Alaskan coast.

As with every earthquake, aftershocks are still being felt, one was of a magnitude of 4.1.
