Sean Penn Out of “The Three Stooges”
Oscar winner Sean Penn has announced that he is dropping from “The Three Stooges” and “Cartel” through his spokesman, Mara Buxbaum. As you may know, a few months back it was reported that Penn was going to play Larry in the movie based on the popular TV show.
Penn’s rep added that if the production dates were affected, then Penn would stay involved.
The reason? Unknown, Penn did not give any reason of this decision. In the movie “Cartel” he was going to play a man protecting his son.
