David Letterman Willow Palin

David Letterman Willow Palin - I seems the incident about Letterman’s jokes on Palin is still on fire.  Days after it happened, Sarah Palin is not still angry, she is even angrier! And despite Letterman’s apology and denial that the joke was on Willow Palin, she still believes it was about her 14-year-old daughter.

This was the offending line:

“One awkward moment for Sarah Palin at the Yankee game, during the seventh inning, her daughter was knocked up by Alex Rodriguez,”

Plain on NBC’s Today Show went further with her accusations saying that Letterman contributed to the “acceptance of abuse of young women” and calling on people to “start really rising up.”.

It seems Palin wants to take this chance to bring down Letterman! What do you think?

Those were the news on David Letterman Willow Palin.

David Letterman was caught by the show “To Catch a Predator.” The show that catches would be child molesters by having an internet watchdog portrey an underage girl online and inviting the would be statutory rapist to a home for some child rape. Ol Dave showed up with a six pack and undressed in the kitchen of the home he thought a 14 year old girl named Willow was home alone in.

In case you didn’t see the news, David Letterman attacked Sarah Palin’s 14 year old daughter Willow on national TV with this “joke.”

“One awkward moment for Sarah Palin at the Yankee game - during the seventh inning her daughter was knocked up by Alex Rodriguez.”
David Letterman CBS

Willow, Palin’s 14 year old daughter, was at the game with Mrs. Palin.

Now, David Letterman, apparently realizing he had gone too far, tried to assuage his guilt by saying he wasn’t a 62 year old man making a creepy sexual attack on a 14 year old girl on national TV, but in fact her 18 year old sister.

1) That’s not much better.

2) Willow, the 14 year old, was at the game, not the 18 year old. And any place Dave could have learned that Sarah Palin was at ANY ball game with ANY daughter specifically stated which daughter accompanied Sarah. IE Dave COULD NOT HAVE KNOWN Sarah was at a ball game with a daughter WITHOUT KNOWING WHICH DAUGHTER.

David Letterman made this comment about a 14 year old girl. He is a big a liar as he is a creepy old pedophile.

Why is a grown, 62 year old man making disparaging, sexual comments about a 14 year old girl on national TV? And why is he still employed by CBS?

Dave kind of has a thing for Mrs. Palin, her 18 year old daughter, and her 14 year old daughter. He has made numerous sexual comments about both Sarah and her 18 year old daughter, but apparently than wasn’t enough for him and now he’s after the 14 year old too.

Robert Schlesinger, some internet blogger no one knows, critisized Palin for saying she wouldn’t want Dave around her daughter. he accused Sarah Palin of making a joke in bad taste… Is Schlesinger SERIOUS?!

Am I overreacting? Let’s see…

Hey, I’m a comedian, so this is ok: Robert Schlesinger’s daughter is a total slut. She got knocked up by a ball player during a ball game. (Insert applause and laugh track.) David Letterman’s son is a gay prostitute. He took it up the wazzo during a ball game. (Insert applause and laugh track.)

Or let’s try this, pretend I’m a well known, 62 year old man, and I’m on national TV now: YOUR 14 year old daughter is a little slut HAHAHA! She had sex with a ball player and got knocked up, RIGHT ON HOME PLATE! HAHAHA! Wow that IS comedy.

And just so you know, because it’s all in fun, you aren’t allowed to defend your child, or you are in bad taste.

I’m not sure who is creepier or more dishonest, Letterman or Schlesinger…

I think this is the only way people like Robby or Ol Dave will get it. It was downright distasteful for me to have to write it though. But then apparently I am not as comfortable with attacking little children in a sexual way as Ol Rob and Dave are, even to make a point. Both are intensely creepy and completely dishonest.

Let’s get this straight for all the aging child molesters on TV and writing internet blogs professionally: It is NOT ok to verbally attack 14 year old girls in a sexual way in a public forum, or for that matter 18 year old girls, who are not in the public light except by association. That means even if you are a rabid hatemonger and are so incredibly partisan that you are willing to make nightly sexual insults about grown women who is in the public light, it is STILL NOT OK to attack little children, escpecially in a particularly nasty, degrading and sexual way!

I don’t care if Sarah Palin was a hooker for 10 years, and had 20 illegitimate children. I don’t care if one of those children is a 14 year old girl who is also a prostitute and who has an illegitimate child. David Letterman has no fucking business trying to insult, degrade and deride 14 year old girls on national TV! Big goddamn cowardly child molester! Pick on someone your own size.

CBS needs to fire Letterman. NOW!

You say it far nicer than I can.

David Letterman is a fist class asshole.

CBS should have bleeped that stuff out. If it couldn’t act fast enough it should have stoppped the show and gone to test pattern. Since none of that happened by the next morning Letterman should habve been fired and CBS executives heads
should have started rolling.

Of course none of that happened. By not doing anything beyond a fake appology hidden behind a toilet paper commercial, and by overlaying it
with laughter, CBS’s response is that it feels pretty secure within the protective wing of the party in power and they can call the Palin children whores and get away with it.

God! The message is pretty clear. If CBS can do that to a sitting governor who is in an opposition party to the party in power, just imagine whhat it can do to you or me.

David Letterman is the joke, he a pathetic excuse for a man, who thinks his writers comments were funny. CBS needs to fire him, what if a conservative was to say the same thing. He needs to go, I wish I knew who his advertisers are,we would boycutt them. We are not the only ones to feel this way, everybody we talk to feels the same.

You people are just feeding the fire. Just let it go, you’re making this into something way bigger than it has to be.

This was a very sick joke Letterman. You sound like a pervert, and I don’t think you should be on any media where you can be heard.
I for one will only watch the Letterman show one time…and that is only to find out who sponsors the show, then I won’t purchase those products as long as Letterman is still on TV! Nice try Letterman at an apology…where was the sincerity?
If you want to pick on someone maybe you should look in your own back yard.
Have you thought about the young people? This kind of (so called) humor is like a sickness and a poluting of minds. The media should have enough respect, consideration and decency, to sensor their own tongues. When we had sensorship the moral conduct and happiness in this country was not worrisome like it is today.
I love this contry, but I fear for it and the youth. The acceptance of immorality picks away at the spirit and is a breaking down of our youth and belovd Country.

Wow, you guys are pathetic. It was a friggin joke. I find it amusing that everyone all of a sudden wants to take down Letterman for this when, really, there are a multitude of similar, and worse, statements made on a number of channels.

People are really taking this out on Letterman just to get the issue recognized, not for the joke itself. Sorry to tell you, but he’s not a rapist, child molester, pervert, etc.

It was a joke.
Get over it.

Robert  on June 19th, 2009

There is no photos of Willow Palin at the ballgame. Why? Because she wasn’t there. The media/blogs get it wrong again.

barnowl  on June 19th, 2009

Why still flogging this non story?

Laughter Land  on June 22nd, 2009

this is absurd - there are a lot of other people who made even worse jokes. freedom of speach is for all!

About “Jo Ann, Florida” And “Jo”, “JH”, “John in Kansas” and especially little “Michael” - I thought Letterman was great then and great now, he makes me laugh! After all, if I had to work all day long with an tightassed (see anal retentive) bitchette like “Jo Ann, Florida” I’d choke her mouth open and drop broken glass down it.
Yep, that comment was seriously F’d Up but I know you F’ing pundents, wing-nuts and iD10T’s don’t get it and from what I saw from you during the 2008 election last year you never will. LOSERS!
