George Tiller Murder
George Tiller Murder - Abortion doctor George Tiller was shot at church today! His name became known as one of the doctors who practice abortion on late-terms, he was shot as he was entering church in Wichita.
The main suspect is a man in his 50s or 60s who reportedly fled the scene in a Ford Taurus.
As one of the doctors that made this type of abortions he has been suffering threats for many years by anti-abortion protesters. In 1985 his clinic was bombed and he was shot also in 1993. Tiller was 67 years old, and in March he was acquitted of charges from procedures he made. The jury only took one hour to dictate this.
Tiller said that the trial was politically motivated.
