Beef Recall Valley Meats

Beef recall - An Illinois meat producer, Valley Meats, has recalled more than 95,000 pounds of meat, because of a federal mandate.  Why? The Department of Agriculture believes this meat may be carrying E coli bacteria.

The Ohio Health department was the first one reporting an E coli outbreak, but Illinois and Pennsylvania also report cases.

Brands involved in the recall are: 3S Brands, Grillmaster Brands, J&B Brands, Klub Brands,Thick ‘n Savory Brands, and Ultimate Brands. If you need more info about products being recalled, contact Valley Meats at contact Valley Meats directly at (309) 799-7341.
