Who Won the Biggest Loser 2009? In case you missed the show last night, the winner of the Biggest Loser 7 was Helen! In the end of the show, she lost 140 pounds! (54.47% of her body weight). Runner ups were Mike, losing 207 lbs (53.35%), and Tara, losing 155 lbs (52.72%).

“Helen is a very outgoing, friendly and caring mom of three. She has always put her friends and family before herself, which has left her with little time to care for her own needs, including a proper diet. Helen fell into the fast food routine; it was simple and worked with her busy schedule. She was not always heavy and once the weight was gained she found herself not able to enjoy the physical activities she once loved to do.”
This show is really inspirational. These people work out almost 4 hours a day! Something that can only be done with close medical supervision. Cheers to you Helen!
