Stephen Dent Blackmail - DuPont heir Stephen Dent seems to be caught in a blackmail problem after entering the site Seekingarrangement.com. Apparently he created an account, and met some women who after finding out who he was, blackmailed him for $200,000.
This was nothing to stop Stephen Dent, DuPont heir from returning to the same site. SeekingArrangement.com is a dating site which caters to sugar daddies and sugar babies. A pretty… convenient deal don’t you think?
Stephen Dent used to write an email to prospects, saying the following:
“I can only meet during the weekdays around midday. … in general I am not available at night or during the weekends. Furthermore, we would need to meet only when my wife is away. Since I don’t really travel, for the most part the meetings would have to be out here in the Greenwich-Stamford area.
“…Regarding your financial assistance, my initial thoughts are cash compensation in the range of $2,000 to $3,000 per meeting, assuming that we meet about twice a month, plus expenses.”
The first time Dent paid as a result of blackmail was back in 2007, when he paid $40,000 to Roy spiel, the supposed boyfriend of his current “sugar baby”. Spiel was later sent to jail for this case. But then the Jessop marriage took Dent as victim.
The heir to Alfred Dupont then paid the couple a total of $100,000! In different payments. Again the perpetuators were found guilty and are currently serving time facing charges of blackmail and fraud.
Finally, police found out that DuPont also paid another “sugar baby” to keep her mouth shut. Sounds like a serial blackmail victim! Those were the reports on Stephen Dent blackmail.
