Miss Rhode Island Pictures - Miss Rhode Islands, Alysha Castonguay has something in common with Miss California Carrie Prejean - both have nude pictures taken before the Miss USA pageant, but contrary to Prejean, Castonguay is not having any problem.
Alysha has spoken to the press about this, and like many people in America think, the problem doesn’t have to do anything with the pictures, but with the opinions Prejean expressed in the pageant:
“I personally believe this situation is stemming from the controversy over her opinion and not a photo.”
The only difference in this case is that supposedly she told the pageant officials about her photos in Maxim, and Prejean didn’t talk about this - so now officials are obviously surprised. Does this prove a double standard in the Miss USA contest. I don’t think so, these are similar but not equal cases. Enjoy the Miss Rhode Island pictures.
