Christos Catsouras
Christos Catsouras is the father of Nikki Catsouras. As you may know, we posted earlier today news about the again popular Nikki Catsouras accident photos that were taken back in 2006. The case was brought to the light again because Newsweek has talked to the family about the incident of the accident photos.

Christos Catsouras determination is to keep away from the Web the shocking pictures of her daughter after the accident. Sadly, I think this has all caused that pictures become highly searched again. Even people who have not seen the photos are again exposed to them. We see that highly searched terms are “Nikki Catsouras Car Crash Photos“, and “Nikki Catsouras Death Pictures” among others.

Now Christos Catsouras, along with his wife Lesli want to raise awareness of the need for America’s legal system to better protect privacy.

“The fact is that we will never get rid of the photos anyway,” says Lesli, Nikki’s mother. “So we have made a decision to make something good come out of this horrible bad.”

Their other daughters have not seen the photos, but the possibility haunts them. Those were the news on Christos Catsouras.

I wish I could apologize for the ignorance of others and fix the hurt that is being caused by the internet. I will pray for your family. I lost a child and I cannot imagine how hard it would be to have his death photos on the internet. I would hope that the law would be able to protect your rights and Nikkis rights as well. I think Nikki is one of the prettiest girls I have ever seen and it is a shame that anyone would want to trash her memory.

i am so sorry for the loss of this obviously beautiful young girl. I am even more sorry that after 2 years this family can not get on with the grieving process because these death photos of thier beloved child are out thier to haunt them forever. How sad that the publics hunger for morbid curiosity out ways the families need for peace and to be able to her the remaining children move forward in the grieving process. my prayers go out to the parents as well as the siblings of nikki. Looking at the photos of her smiling face should be the memory tha the family carries with them. may you all find peace and to the world let nikki rest in peace.
