Floyd Thomas is 72 years old and he has served time in jail two times, found guilty of sexual assault. According to police he could be involved in 25 cases.
According to reports he is raped older women living alone, and then murdered them trough strangulation. Thomas was arrested again in March.
The police never solved the case despite the many surviving victims, because of inconsistent descriptions and lack of DNA testing that is commonly used nowadays.
