I guess I can agree with wizardeggs… it does seem a bit low, so his/her theory is as valid as any. But even if it were an erection, who can really blame him. I’d have a woody myself just being in the same room with her!

That is NOT a boner. If you look, where the “boner” is located, the base is way too low. What you are seeing is his microphone pack that was attached to the inside of his shorts and it came loose.
