William “Jeff” Komlo Dies

William “Jeff” Komlo has died according to news received today. This all happened in a car accident in Greece. As you may remember he was a former quarterback of the Detroit Lions and his whereabouts were unknown after he failed to be present for a DUI case.

The identity of William “Jeff” Komlo was verified by fingerprints examination after Saturday’s crash. Police had to verify the rumors of his death.

“Even though we heard that he was deceased, the first reaction was that, well, we better make a positive identification”.

William “Jeff” Komlo passed away at the age of 52 and there is a lack of details released by the State department. There has been no further word from the family’s attorney or from the NFL. He was a fugitive since 2005.
