Village of Buffalo Grove Warned of Water

The people who live at Buffalo Grove will have to boil their water until further notice. The water was found to be contaminated with fecal coliform bacteria during routine testing!

This is a possible threat to anybody who drinks the water, especially for people who have system immunity problems. So be very cautious if you live in the area. In order to drink water safely, residents must boil the water for about a minute and then let it cool. Remember that uninfected water is needed for drinking, making ice, brushing your teeth and doing anything related with food like washing dishes and preparations.

Tonight Illionis Environmental Protection Agency will run another test on the water, the results will be available tomorrow.

This is very important and be sure to warn your children about it. Let’s hope the situation finds a solution soon. It is better to have water reserves prepared, so boil a healthy amount of water and have it ready for your daily chores.
