37-year-old actress Bai Ling was arrested today before getting into a flight from LAX to Mexico, where she is scheduled to act on a film. According to her own words this was all because a break-up in Valentine’s Day. “Wrong boyfriend.” Bai Ling added.

Bai Ling –who has worked in Lost and Entourage – was detained by a store employee because she was attempting to walk out of the store without paying for some batteries and a magazine. That’s serious stuff!!!

Anyway, she was taken to an LAPD station an booked on a count of misdemeanour shoplifting.

A friend of Ling spoke to the press: “She was kind of in a mentally unstable state of mind yesterday,” he tells E! News. “She had some relationship issues going on. She wasn’t in the right frame of mind.”
